Who are we?
We are a new team of individuals with many years of combined experience in NDIS, disability, education, mental health, nursing, youth work, social work, welfare, child protection and alcohol and other drugs.
We are professionals who have experience in various government and private organisations, bringing the best of that knowledge and experience to our work. We are passionate, caring and genuine, and aim to provide meaningful, inspiring and enriching experience and support to you, our client.

My name is David and I am a Co-Director of NE Core Supports.
I have 16 years of experience working with adolescents in Child Protection, and people in the disability and psychosocial health sectors.
I was born and raised in the Wangaratta area. I am married with four children, and I have been actively involved in community sport in a playing, coaching, and volunteering capacity.
I am passionate about all areas of disability and mental health. I pride myself on advocating and striving to achieve the best outcomes for all NECS participants.
Belinda Zwiersen

Belinda grew up in Northeast Victoria. She has worked in various roles in the Disability Sector for over ten years, including disability support and support coordination as well as a Disability Liaison Officer within tertiary education.
Belinda is passionate about doing what she can to improve the experiences of people with disabilities.
As a founding director of NECS she is proud to lead a team of staff who are dedicated to supporting participants.
