Dignity
All people have inherent and unconditional value and worth as human beings. Dignity is central to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
RESPECT
Mutual respect for the intrinsic dignity of all people is also a cornerstone of human rights and builds trust, safety, and wellbeing in all elements of our organisation.
Inclusivity
We encourage diversity, equality and equity, cooperativeness and participation. We have a person focussed perspective which enables an individual to actively choose how they wish to be supported.
